href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/de\/project\/primary-medical-care-program\/\">Primary Medical Care Programm<\/a> (PMC) f\u00fcr Gemeinden und Dorfbewohner.<\/h2>\n<h3>In den ersten drei Monaten der \u00dcbung wurden von den Mitarbeitern des Programms f\u00fcr direkte medizinische Versorgung mehrere hundert F\u00e4lle behandelt. Zum Vergleich: Es gibt mehr als sechzig Mitarbeiterinnen im Gesundheitsbereich.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Diese \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/de\/?s=Kawan+Sehat\">Kawan Sehat<\/a>\u201dGesundheitshelfer sind in erster Linie Lehrer, die in ihren kleinen Schulen unter schwierigen Bedingungen unterrichten \u2013 in ihren abgelegenen D\u00f6rfern, die von allem abgeschnitten sind und die meisten Zeit \u00fcber keine Stra\u00dfe haben. Sie sind alle dort geboren, wo sie arbeiten, dort aufgewachsen und mit ihren Familien zusammengekommen sind. Um unterrichten zu k\u00f6nnen, erhielten sie alle eine dreimonatige Schulung von unseren Freunden der Charis Foundation.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Die f\u00fcnf l\u00e4ndlichen D\u00f6rfer, die wir fast eine Woche lang besuchten, geh\u00f6ren zu den am weitesten entfernten und isoliertesten in der Region und Indonesien. Der Zugang ist unglaublich kompliziert und herausfordernd, da die Stra\u00dfen unpassierbar, steil und gef\u00e4hrlich sind. Ein typisches Fahrzeug kann diese D\u00f6rfer nicht erreichen; man muss \u00fcber gut ausgestattete Fahrzeuge verf\u00fcgen. <strong>4\u00d74<\/strong> oder ein Trail- oder Enduro-Motorrad. Wir fuhren dorthin mit Hilfe von drei Autos und zehn Personen, darunter Mitglieder des medizinischen und sozialen Teams der Stiftung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Die f\u00fcnf besuchten oder wiederbesuchten D\u00f6rfer sind: <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/92uMu9qrsjrhPGQ59\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbinudita<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbatapuhu<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/yiW3PhJEPSteSBwh9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mahu <\/strong><\/a>und <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Duha34PwEuGiAAgK8\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Lapinu<\/strong><\/a>. Nicht alle dieser D\u00f6rfer haben Zugang zu Strom, Wasser oder direkter medizinischer Versorgung. Im Durchschnitt ist das n\u00e4chste Gesundheitszentrum mit einem motorisierten Fahrzeug mehr als drei Stunden entfernt von allen Wohnh\u00e4usern. Wenn eine Person krank und verletzt ist und eine Behandlung ben\u00f6tigt, ist eine der einzigen M\u00f6glichkeiten, sie auf den R\u00fccken zu tragen, mehrere Stunden oder sogar einen ganzen Tag, zum \u201cn\u00e4chsten\u201d Gesundheitszentrum.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Im Rahmen dieses Artikels zeigen und erkl\u00e4ren wir, was wir in Mbatapuhu getan haben.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nach dem Evaluierungs- und Trainingstag im Mbinudita April fuhren wir mit dem Auto weiter und machten uns auf den Weg. <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\">Mbatapuhu<\/a>. Es dauerte uns etwa f\u00fcnf Stunden, die zwanzig Kilometer von diesen beiden D\u00f6rfern zu zur\u00fccklegen. Die letzten f\u00fcnfzehn Kilometer waren reine Offroad-Strecken: Im Schlamm, in den Steinen, auf engen, steilen und sehr h\u00fcgeligen Pfaden. Oft mussten unsere Fahrzeuge in der N\u00e4he des Talschlamms geschoben werden, aber alles lief gut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Wir kamen gegen 20 Uhr in dem Dorf an. <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\">Mbatapuhu<\/a>, Wir waren ein wenig m\u00fcde von den vergangenen Tagen. Eine bedeutende religi\u00f6se Zeremonie fand in einem der Holzh\u00e4user und Bambush\u00e4user der Stadt statt. Hundert Menschen, darunter die meisten M\u00e4nner, trugen traditionelle Kleidung und versammelten sich dort, rauchten und tranken. Wir wurden eingeladen, einen Moment mit ihnen zu verbringen und in das Haus einzutreten, in dem die religi\u00f6se Zeremonie stattfand. Wir sprachen viel miteinander, lernten und tauschten uns \u00fcber die Probleme ihres Alltags aus. Wie schwierig es ist, hier zu leben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Unser Team verbrachte die Nacht in den Fahrzeugen oder in der Dorfkirche, nur wenige Stunden Schlaf. Wir wussten, dass wir am Morgen mit dem primary medical care Programm und dessen lokaler Evaluierung \u00fcberlastet sein w\u00fcrden. Aber auch die Ausbildung der Kawan Sehat Agents beiden<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/de\/screening-for-hypertension-with-the-pmc-program\/\"> mit einem Tensimeter messen<\/a> Um den Blutdruck der Einwohner ihres Dorfes zu messen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Archer<\/strong> und <strong>Mensi <\/strong>Es handelt sich um zwei junge Frauen im Alter von drei\u00dfig Jahren, Lehrerinnen in diesem Dorf. Sie sind auch die Gesundheitshelferinnen des Dorfes. <strong>Primary Medical Care Programm<\/strong>; wir nennen sie die \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/de\/?s=Kawan+Sehat\">Kawan Sehat<\/a>\u201dArbeiter, gesunde Freunde. In den ersten Monaten des Programms behandelten diese beiden Personen etwa <strong>80 Personen<\/strong>, Von denen die meisten Kinder waren. Ich m\u00f6chte sagen, und das gilt f\u00fcr uns alle, dass dank ihres Heldentums, ihrer Talente und ihres Enthusiasmus diese mehr als 60 Personen, die die Gesundheitspersonal der Organisation bilden, <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/de\/kategorie\/gesundheitsmedizin\/primary-medical-care\/\">PMC <\/a>Das Programm rettet Leben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Wir haben die meisten der F\u00e4lle, mit denen sie zu k\u00e4mpfen hatten, durchlaufen und auf viele ihrer Fragen geantwortet, wie zum Beispiel, wie man ein bestimmtes Medikament verabreicht oder eine Wunde oder Verbrennung behandelt. Dies ist unserer Meinung nach eine soziale und medizinische Revolution. Die Bek\u00e4mpfung und Pr\u00e4vention von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen ist in l\u00e4ndlichen Gebieten von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung. Dies f\u00fchrte uns beispielsweise dazu, \u00fcber aktives und passives Rauchen zu sprechen.
