Une \u00e9valuation de plus de <strong>300 cas<\/strong> des patients malades ou bless\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats sont tout simplement \u00e9poustouflants.<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la semaine d\u2019\u00e9valuation du primary medical care programme, l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale de Fair Future et <a href=\"https:\/\/kawanbaikindonesia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Amis proches<\/a> est all\u00e9 <em>(pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois cette semaine), <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/gallerie\/kawan-sehat-in-mbinudita-for-a-pmc-program-pre-assessment\/\" target=\"_blank\">voir le curriculum vitae de la premi\u00e8re fois ici<\/a>)<\/em> Rencontrer des enseignants et des agents sanitaires dans le village de Mbinudita, dans l\u2019est de Sumbawa. C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u00e0 <strong>Deuxi\u00e8me fois<\/strong> Nous avions visit\u00e9 le village en une semaine. En effet, <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/rebuild-mbinudita\/\">Mbinudita <\/a>C\u2019est un projet pilote parmi de nombreux projets : l\u2019\u00e9ducation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la construction de l\u2019\u00e9cole, l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et la sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la construction des latrines. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/project\/water-and-sanitation\/\">Water Connections<\/a> programme et acc\u00e8s aux services de base <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/project\/primary-medical-care-program\/\">primaire <\/a>soins de sant\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au programme PMC.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019occasion de r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 quel point ce programme est innovant et efficace. Dans ce village et sur ce site, six agents de sant\u00e9 (form\u00e9s par la fondation dans le cadre du primary medical care programme) s\u2019occupent de <strong>pr\u00e8s de 300 patients<\/strong> Tous les patients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s depuis d\u00e9cembre 2022. Tous ont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9. Par le pass\u00e9, un adulte ou un enfant malade ou bless\u00e9 n\u2019avait pas acc\u00e8s aux soins m\u00e9dicaux car aucun moyen de transport, ni m\u00e9decins, ni m\u00e9dicaments ni pansements n\u2019\u00e9taient disponibles dans le village. Voir les images <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/gallerie\/primary-medical-care-images-taken-by-teachers-in-ultra-rural-regions\/\" target=\"_blank\">Les patients trait\u00e9s<\/a> par ces femmes<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/gallerie\/primary-medical-care-images-taken-by-teachers-in-ultra-rural-regions\/\" target=\"_blank\"> ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons discut\u00e9 pendant plusieurs heures et nous avons abord\u00e9 des situations m\u00e9dicales ainsi que des cas sp\u00e9cifiques n\u00e9cessitant une clarification ou des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires. Par exemple, je cite : <em>\u201c Quel est l\u2019usage de ce m\u00e9dicament ? Est-il destin\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter les allergies ou \u00e0 traiter la diarrh\u00e9e chez un enfant ? \u201c<\/em>. Une fois de plus, et pour rappel, les six agents sanitaires de ce village ultra-rural de l\u2019Est de Sumbawa ne sont ni m\u00e9decins ni infirmi\u00e8res. Ce sont des enseignantes, des femmes fortes et courageuses qui n\u2019avaient ni connaissances m\u00e9dicales ni aucune avant de recevoir la formation compl\u00e8te. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/medecine-de-la-sante\/primary-medical-care\/\">Primary Medical Care<\/a>, que nous leur avons remis en d\u00e9cembre de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Durant cette journ\u00e9e, les m\u00e9decins de la fondation <em>(avec l'accord du gouvernement local)<\/em> Ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019accro\u00eetre leurs pr\u00e9rogatives. La lutte contre les maladies cardiovasculaires et la d\u00e9tection des maladies cardiaques sont la base des soins m\u00e9dicaux de base, mais aussi de ceux appel\u00e9s \u201c primaires \u201d. Par exemple, pour traiter les maux de t\u00eate et les vertiges, il faut mesurer la pression art\u00e9rielle d\u2019une personne.<\/p>\n<p>Nos travailleurs de la sant\u00e9, ces femmes enseignantes, n'avaient jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui aucune id\u00e9e. <em>\u201c comment mesurer la pression art\u00e9rielle chez un adulte \u201d<\/em>. Aujourd'hui, ils savent comment le faire car nous leur avons appris. Et non seulement ils savent comment le faire, mais ils savent aussi comment r\u00e9agir \u00e0 la soi-disant hypertension. Nous leur avons donn\u00e9 deux moniteurs manuels de pression art\u00e9rielle et deux st\u00e9thoscopes. Nous leur avons expliqu\u00e9 la th\u00e9orie de la systole et de la diastole et, ensemble, nous avons effectu\u00e9 des exercices pratiques sur la fa\u00e7on de prendre la pression art\u00e9rielle. Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 avec les m\u00e9decins de la fondation d'un protocole de traitement et, en cas d'hypertension, <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/medecine-de-la-sante\/primary-medical-care\/\">PMC<\/a> Les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 de cette <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/rebuild-mbinudita\/\">Village ultra rural<\/a> De Sumba-Est a re\u00e7u l'autorisation de d\u00e9livrer un m\u00e9dicament pour r\u00e9duire la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre dernier, ils ont re\u00e7u <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/preparing-primary-health-care-kits\/\">une grande pharmacie<\/a>, Un type de \u201c trousse de premiers soins \u201d, mais tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8te. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s de ce programme, ils ont utilis\u00e9 la plupart des stocks disponibles. Depuis lors, nous leur apportons ce dont ils ont besoin pour continuer \u00e0 soigner : m\u00e9dicaments, pansements et tout ce dont ils ont besoin chaque jour dans le cadre de ce primary medical care programme visant \u00e0 sauver des vies, car c\u2019est bien l\u00e0 l\u2019objectif.<\/p>\n<p>Outre le fait de pouvoir sauver des vies et prendre soin d\u2019un enfant, ce programme a un autre effet, peut-\u00eatre encore plus crucial : valoriser les personnes et les femmes en particulier. Personne d\u2019entre elles n\u2019avait jamais re\u00e7u un certificat de travail ou de formation auparavant. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/medecine-de-la-sante\/primary-medical-care\/\">PMC <\/a>la formation et ces deux jours d'\u00e9valuation de la formation compl\u00e9mentaire, Fair Future et <a href=\"https:\/\/kawanbaikindonesia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Amis proches<\/a> Ils ont re\u00e7u un \u201c certificat d\u2019accomplissement et de formation \u201d. Il y avait des larmes, des rires et une immense fiert\u00e9 chez tous ceux qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents.
