derni\u00e8re semaine de mars correspond \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re semaine d\u2019avril 2023 ; nos \u00e9quipes se sont rendues dans cinq villages ultra-ruraux pour y \u00e9valuer la situation. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/project\/primary-medical-care-program\/\">Primary Medical Care Programme<\/a> (PMC) pour les communaut\u00e9s et les villageois.<\/h2>\n<h3>Au cours des trois premiers mois de l\u2019exercice, plusieurs centaines de cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s par les agents de sant\u00e9 du programme de soins m\u00e9dicaux directs. Il y a, pour rappel, plus de soixante agents de sant\u00e9 f\u00e9minins.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ces \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=Kawan+Sehat\">Kawan Sehat<\/a>\u201dLes travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 sont avant tout des enseignants qui enseignent dans leurs petites \u00e9coles, dans leurs villages isol\u00e9s de tout et la plupart du temps o\u00f9 aucune route ne m\u00e8ne. Ils sont tous n\u00e9s l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils travaillaient, \u00e9lev\u00e9s et ont v\u00e9cu avec leur famille. Pour pouvoir enseigner, ils ont tous suivi un cours de formation de trois mois dispens\u00e9 par nos amis de la Fondation Charis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les cinq villages ruraux que nous avons visit\u00e9s pendant pr\u00e8s d\u2019une semaine figurent parmi les plus recul\u00e9s et isol\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion et de l\u2019Indon\u00e9sie. L\u2019acc\u00e8s y est extr\u00eamement compliqu\u00e9 et exigeant, les routes \u00e9tant impraticables, escarp\u00e9es et dangereuses. Un v\u00e9hicule classique ne peut pas acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces villages ; il faut disposer d\u2019\u00e9quipements de base. <strong>4\u00d74<\/strong> ou une moto de trail ou d\u2019enduro. Nous y sommes all\u00e9s avec l\u2019aide de trois voitures et dix personnes, dont des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale et sociale de la fondation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les cinq villages visit\u00e9s ou revisit\u00e9s sont <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/92uMu9qrsjrhPGQ59\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbinudita<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbatapuhu<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/yiW3PhJEPSteSBwh9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mahu <\/strong><\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Duha34PwEuGiAAgK8\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Lapinu<\/strong><\/a>. Pas tous ces villages ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019eau ou aux soins m\u00e9dicaux directs. En moyenne, le centre de sant\u00e9 le plus proche se situe \u00e0 plus de trois heures de route de toutes les maisons habit\u00e9es par des personnes utilisant un v\u00e9hicule motoris\u00e9. Lorsqu\u2019une personne est malade ou bless\u00e9e et a besoin de soins, l\u2019un des seuls moyens consiste \u00e0 la transporter sur ses \u00e9paules pendant plusieurs heures, voire une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re, jusqu\u2019au centre de soins \u201c le plus proche \u201d.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dans le cadre de cet article, nous montrons et expliquons ce que nous avons fait \u00e0 Mbatapuhu.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Apr\u00e8s la journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9valuation et de formation en Mbinudita, nous sommes partis par la route pour y rejoindre <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\">Mbatapuhu<\/a>. Il nous a fallu environ cinq heures pour parcourir les vingt kilom\u00e8tres qui s\u00e9parent ces deux villages. Les quinze derniers kilom\u00e8tres \u00e9taient exclusivement en tout-terrain : dans la boue, dans les rochers, sur des chemins \u00e9troits, escarp\u00e9s et tr\u00e8s vallonn\u00e9s. Trop souvent, nos v\u00e9hicules ont d\u00fb glisser pr\u00e8s du ravin, mais tout s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nous sommes arriv\u00e9s vers 20 heures dans le village de <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\">Mbatapuhu<\/a>, un peu fatigu\u00e9s des jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie religieuse importante \u00e9tait concentr\u00e9e dans l\u2019une des maisons en bois et en bambou de la ville. Une centaine de personnes, dont la plupart \u00e9taient des hommes, portaient des v\u00eatements traditionnels, se rassemblaient l\u00e0, fumeant et buvant. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 partager un moment avec eux et \u00e0 entrer dans la maison o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roulait la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie religieuse. Nous avons beaucoup parl\u00e9, appris et \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur les probl\u00e8mes de leur quotidien. Comment est-il difficile de vivre ici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Notre \u00e9quipe a pass\u00e9 la nuit dans les v\u00e9hicules ou \u00e0 l'\u00e9glise du village, pour une courte nuit, avec seulement quelques heures de sommeil. Nous savions que le lendemain nous serions d\u00e9bord\u00e9s par le primary medical care programme et sa mise en valeur locale. Mais aussi par la formation des Kawan Sehat Agents deux<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/screening-for-hypertension-with-the-pmc-program\/\"> en utilisant un tensiom\u00e8tre<\/a> mesurer la pression art\u00e9rielle des habitants de leur village.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Archer<\/strong> et <strong>Mensi <\/strong>Il s\u2019agit de deux jeunes femmes trentenaires, enseignantes dans ce village. Elles sont \u00e9galement les travailleuses sanitaires de l\u2019h\u00f4pital. <strong>Primary Medical Care Programme<\/strong>; Nous les appelons les \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=Kawan+Sehat\">Kawan Sehat<\/a>\u201d\u00a0Les travailleurs, les amis sains\u00a0\u00bb. Durant les premiers mois du programme, ces deux personnes ont trait\u00e9 environ\u00a0: <strong>80 personnes<\/strong>, dont la majorit\u00e9 \u00e9taient des enfants. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que plus de <strong>80 personnes<\/strong> Il n\u2019a pas d\u00fb se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital ou au centre de sant\u00e9 le plus proche et a donc pass\u00e9 plusieurs heures en voiture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cela signifie \u00e9galement que, par exemple, lorsque l\u2019enfant est bless\u00e9, <strong>Acher <\/strong>et <strong>Mensi <\/strong>saviez et pouviez fournir les soins m\u00e9dicaux appropri\u00e9s, \u00e9vitant ainsi toute infection ou toute complication m\u00e9dicale. J'aime dire, et c'est un fait pour nous tous, que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur h\u00e9ro\u00efsme, \u00e0 leur talent et \u00e0 leur enthousiasme, ces plus de 60 personnes qui composent les personnels de sant\u00e9 du <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/medecine-de-la-sante\/primary-medical-care\/\">PMC <\/a>Le programme sauve des vies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nous avons examin\u00e9 la plupart des cas qu\u2019ils devaient traiter et r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 de nombreuses de leurs questions, telles que la fa\u00e7on de donner un m\u00e9dicament sp\u00e9cifique ou de traiter une plaie ou une br\u00fblure. Nous avons \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9 les stocks de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical en ajoutant de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments et des thermom\u00e8tres num\u00e9riques pour mesurer la temp\u00e9rature des enfants. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=malaria\">maladie de malaria<\/a> Cela est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu ici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Et comme nous l\u2019avons fait dans le village de <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=mbinudita\">Mbinudita<\/a> <em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/screening-for-hypertension-with-the-pmc-program\/\">ref lisez cet article ici<\/a>)<\/em>, Nous avons accord\u00e9 de nouvelles pr\u00e9rogatives \u00e0 ces deux Kawan Sehat agents : depuis avril, ici, dans ce village <a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\">Mbatapuhu<\/a>, <strong>Acher <\/strong>et <strong>Mensi <\/strong>Il peut mesurer la pression art\u00e9rielle d\u2019un patient et, en cas d\u2019hypertension, prodiguer un traitement m\u00e9dical appropri\u00e9. C\u2019est une r\u00e9volution sociale et m\u00e9dicale, selon nous. La lutte contre les maladies cardiovasculaires et leur pr\u00e9vention sont ici importantes dans les r\u00e9gions ultra-rurales. Cela nous a par exemple conduit \u00e0 parler de tabagisme actif et passif.
