Environ 1000 personnes souffrant, des enfants bless\u00e9s ou atteints de malaria, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en charge et trait\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s par les agents de sant\u00e9 que nous avons form\u00e9s.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bonjour \u00e0 tous <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/project\/rumah-kambera-medico-social-base-camp\/\">La maison de Kambera<\/a>, Sumba Est,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Comme nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 certains de nos derniers articles <em>- ici <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/evaluation-de-8-kawan-sehat-agents-dans-mbinudita\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mbinudita<\/a>, L\u00e0-bas, ici <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/pmc-program-evaluation-in-mbatapuhu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mbatapuhu <\/a>et ici <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/pmc-program-evaluation-in-kabanda\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kabanda<\/a>\u2013<\/em>, Le dernier week-end de mars est la premi\u00e8re semaine d\u2019avril 2023 ; nos \u00e9quipes sont all\u00e9es <strong>cinq zones ultra-rurales<\/strong> Des villages \u00e0 \u00e9valuer <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/medecine-de-la-sante\/primary-medical-care\/\">le PMC<\/a> <em>(Primary Medical Care programme)<\/em> en faveur des communaut\u00e9s et des villageois. Durant ses visites, nous avons \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le programme de contr\u00f4le de la pression art\u00e9rielle aux personnes \u00e0 risque de hypertension. Vous pouvez lire l\u2019article \u00e0 ce sujet en cliquant ici sur ce lien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les cinq villages ruraux que nous avons visit\u00e9s pendant pr\u00e8s d'une semaine figurent parmi les plus recul\u00e9s et isol\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion et de l'Indon\u00e9sie. Les cinq villages que nous avons visit\u00e9s ou que nous avons revisit\u00e9s sont : <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/92uMu9qrsjrhPGQ59\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbinudita<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbatapuhu<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/yiW3PhJEPSteSBwh9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mahu <\/strong><\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Duha34PwEuGiAAgK8\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Lapinu<\/strong><\/a>. Ces villages sont class\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant \u201c en difficult\u00e9 \u201d. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des endroits o\u00f9 les gens n\u2019ont pas assez \u00e0 manger ni \u00e0 boire, et ne peuvent ni se laver ni prendre soin de leur sant\u00e9, car ils n\u2019ont pas assez d\u2019eau. Ici, les gens vivent avec <strong>moins de 2 litres<\/strong> de l'eau par personne par jour pour faire tout \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ces villages ne disposent ni d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, ni d\u2019eau, ni de soins m\u00e9dicaux directs ; nous en discutons souvent. En moyenne, le centre de sant\u00e9 le plus proche se situe \u00e0 plus de trois heures de route de toutes les maisons habit\u00e9es avec un v\u00e9hicule motoris\u00e9. C\u2019est notamment pour ces quelques raisons que nous avons introduit <em>-avec nos amis m\u00e9decins et nos partenaires sociaux-<\/em> Le primary medical care programme pour les r\u00e9gions et les populations des zones ultra-rurales de l'est de l'Indon\u00e9sie. Dans le cadre de cet article, nous vous montrerons et expliquerons ce que nous avons fait <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Duha34PwEuGiAAgK8\" target=\"_blank\">Lapinu<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>Et comme nous l\u2019avons fait dans le village de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=mbinudita\">Mbinudita<\/a><em>\u00a0<\/em>et <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/pmc-program-evaluation-in-mbatapuhu\/\">Mabatapuhu<\/a>,et <a href=\"http:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/pmc-program-evaluation-in-kabanda\/\">Kabanda<\/a>, Nous avons accord\u00e9 de nouvelles pr\u00e9rogatives \u00e0 ces deux personnes Kawan Sehat Agents: depuis avril, dans ce village de <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Duha34PwEuGiAAgK8\" target=\"_blank\">Lapinu<\/a>, Rambu Guru\u00a0<strong>Katrina\u00a0<\/strong>Il est d\u00e9sormais possible de mesurer la pression art\u00e9rielle d\u2019un patient et, en cas d\u2019hypertension, de lui administrer un traitement m\u00e9dical appropri\u00e9. C\u2019est une r\u00e9volution sociale et m\u00e9dicale, selon nous. Vous pouvez lire <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/check-blood-pressure-in-rural-areas\/\">Plus d'informations sur ce programme ici.<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Une parole de l'officier m\u00e9dical de Fair Future ici \u00e0 East Sumba<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>C\u2019est une excellente nouvelle <a href=\"http:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/womens-empowerment\/\">femmes <\/a>propos\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de zones ultra-rurales <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/medecine-de-la-sante\/primary-medical-care\/\">m\u00e9decine primaire<\/a> C\u2019est une aide pr\u00e9cieuse pour tous ceux qui en ont besoin. Les r\u00e9gions rurales de Sumba souffrent de carences en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9, et la pr\u00e9sence de personnes capables de prodiguer des premiers secours sur place apporte une grande diff\u00e9rence aux communaut\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<p>Ces femmes qui apportent cette aide primary medical care peuvent aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les maladies et \u00e0 traiter des maladies telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=malaria\">maladie de malaria<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=diarrhoea\">diarrh\u00e9e<\/a>, et <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/?s=dengue\">Fi\u00e8vre du dengue<\/a> et fournir un traitement appropri\u00e9. Par exemple, les femmes sont souvent plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise pour discuter des questions de sant\u00e9 reproductive, ce qui peut contribuer \u00e0 promouvoir la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive dans les communaut\u00e9s rurales. Nous en avons \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins directement lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9valuation du programme PMC en avril 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/womens-empowerment\/\">femmes<\/a> Les personnes qui fournissent des services primary medical care dans les zones ultra-rurales dans ces trente-cinq villages r\u00e9partis dans douze districts de Sumba Timur constituent des atouts pr\u00e9cieux pour leurs communaut\u00e9s.
