We use <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/water-connections\/\">local<\/a> wood and a <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/water-connections\/\">few nails<\/a> for this purpose. These molds constitute<a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/water-connections\/\"> the structure<\/a> on which successive <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/fr\/categorie\/education-sociale\/water-connections\/\">layers of cement<\/a> are applied around the previously <strong>fixed reinforcement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These molds provide a <strong>perfectly circular aesthetic<\/strong> to the water tank, distributing the significant forces <em>(resistance, solidity)<\/em> generated by the pressure exerted by the water when the tank is filled. The villagers make moulds with our help on the construction sites of these reservoirs to learn and transmit knowledge. Once the outer layers of cement and reinforcement are complete, they must be removed from the inside to apply one or two more layers of cement, but this time inside the tank.<\/p>\n<p>Nous <strong>enseigner<\/strong> communaut\u00e9s locales <strong>how to make these molds<\/strong> so they can <strong>replicate<\/strong> the process later; knowledge transfer is one of our priorities.
