The Canton of Vaud recognises Fair Future Foundation’s public-benefit purpose through its tax-exemption decision. The official letter of 9 October 2019 confirms renewal for an indefinite period, subject to continued compliance.<\/p>\n

The certificate was issued by the Administration cantonale des imp\u00f4ts, Canton of Vaud<\/strong>, on 9 October 2019. It confirms renewal of the Foundation’s tax exemption on the basis of its public-benefit purpose.<\/p>\n

The letter follows earlier exemption decisions and the Foundation’s request for renewal from the 2020 tax period.<\/p>\n

The exemption is renewed for an indefinite period<\/strong>. The tax authority retains the right to review the Foundation’s activities and whether it continues to fulfil its purpose.<\/p>\n

Changes to the statutes or activities must be reported to the tax authority. The exemption may be withdrawn if the conditions are no longer met.<\/p>\n
