Quasi 800 persone affette, bambini feriti o affetti da malaria sono state curate e trattate con successo dai sanitari che abbiamo formato.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ciao a tutti Rumah Kambera da Sumba Timur,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Come abbiamo presentato <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/valutazione-del-programma-pmc-a-batatapuhu\/\" target=\"_blank\">in uno<\/a> Tra i nostri ultimi articoli, la settimana di marzo \u00e8 la prima di aprile 2023; i nostri team sono andati in cinque villaggi ultra-rurali per effettuare un'analisi. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/categoria\/medicina-sanitaria\/primary-medical-care\/\">il PMC<\/a> <em>(Primary Medical Care programma)<\/em> a favore delle comunit\u00e0 e dei residenti dei villaggi. Le cinque localit\u00e0 visitate o riprese in questa guida sono: <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/92uMu9qrsjrhPGQ59\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbinudita<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/gDTapvTShyyoMqgo9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mbatapuhu<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/yiW3PhJEPSteSBwh9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mahu <\/strong><\/a>e <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Duha34PwEuGiAAgK8\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Lapinu<\/strong><\/a>. Si tratta di villaggi classificati come \u201cin difficolt\u00e0\u201d. Sono luoghi in cui la gente non mangia e non beve abbastanza e non \u00e8 in grado di lavarsi e prendersi cura di s\u00e9 perch\u00e9 non ha abbastanza acqua. Qui le persone vivono con meno di 2 litri di acqua al giorno per fare tutto ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 necessario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Questi villaggi non dispongono di elettricit\u00e0, acqua o cure mediche immediate; spesso ne discutiamo. In media, il centro medico pi\u00f9 vicino dista pi\u00f9 di tre ore da tutte le abitazioni con mezzi motorizzati. Per queste poche ragioni in particolare, abbiamo introdotto <em>-con i nostri amici della medicina e i nostri partner sociali-<\/em> il primary medical care programma per le regioni e le popolazioni delle zone ultra-rurali dell\u2019est dell\u2019Indonesia. Nell\u2019ambito di questo articolo vi mostreremo e vi spiegheremo cosa abbiamo fatto <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00c8 davvero una delle localit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 isolate che abbia mai visto. Arrivarci \u00e8 difficile, a volte addirittura pericoloso. Non c\u2019\u00e8 strada che porti a questo villaggio; solo sentieri estremamente ripidi o lastricati ci permettono di raggiungerlo. Ci abbiamo messo oltre sei ore per arrivarci, compresi quattro ore di terreno estremamente ripido. <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/project\/truck-of-life\/\">Truck of Life<\/a>, un camion medico 4\u00d74 appositamente progettato per questo viaggio.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Kabanda<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Non fa eccezione; cos\u00ec tante frazioni si trovano nella stessa situazione: vale a dire, non hanno alcuna strada che porti l\u00ec. Questo solleva <em>\u2013 tra le altre cose \u2013<\/em> la questione dell'accesso alla sanit\u00e0, ovviamente. E proprio per questi tipi di comunit\u00e0 esiste Fair Future, e insieme ai nostri amici di <a href=\"https:\/\/kawanbaikindonesia.org\/\">Amici buoni<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sumbavolunteer\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sumba Volunteer<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/charis_sumba\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fondazione Charis<\/a>, Abbiamo creato questo primary medical care programma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Qui, quando una persona \u00e8 malata o ferita e una donna deve partorire, l\u2019unico modo per lei di ricevere cure mediche \u00e8 quello di trasportarla sulle spalle di altre persone, per diverse ore, anche per un\u2019intera giornata, fino al centro sanitario pi\u00f9 vicino. Questa persona non \u00e8 nemmeno sicura di arrivare al centro di assistenza, chiamato <em>\u201cPuskesmas o Pustu\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Vi daremo un esempio della vita in questi villaggi isolati da tutto, compresi i centri sanitari:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Questa storia \u00e8 successa circa due settimane fa in un piccolo villagio vicino a <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/Zfm3NvkbbakURG7t9\" target=\"_blank\">Kabanda<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0Una donna che viveva in una delle case qui era incinta del suo primo figlio. Questa donna aveva superato i 40 anni. <strong>otto mesi<\/strong> Era incinta quando improvvisamente non sent\u00ec pi\u00f9 alcun movimento fetale nel suo ventre. Panicheggiata, lei e suo marito si recarono al centro medico pi\u00f9 vicino. <em>(Puskesmas).<\/em> Da queste case e da questi villaggi, c'\u00e8 <strong>nessun buon percorso<\/strong> e, naturalmente, <strong>nessuna strada.<\/strong> Le famiglie molto raramente hanno uno scooter e nessun'auto. Pertanto, diverse persone decisero di trasportare questa donna sofferente, colpita da terribili dolori addominali, al pi\u00f9 vicino ambulatorio di medicina generale. Il tragitto fino a questo centro sanitario richiede solitamente tre o quattro ore di cammino. Questo evento medico si \u00e8 svolto alla fine della giornata; ormai era buio e pioviva intensamente. I sentieri erano molto ripidi, quindi l'acqua scorreva su di essi con grande forza, rendendoli scivolosi. Stare in piedi, camminare e muoversi con una persona sofferente a portata di mano era complicato. Inoltre, dovevamo attraversare tre fiumi il cui corso era aumentato a causa della pioggia che cadeva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dopo quasi <strong>otto ore di camminata<\/strong>, questa donna e le persone che l'accompagnavano potevano raggiungere il piccolo <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/yiW3PhJEPSteSBwh9\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mahu<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0centro sanitario; il suo bambino <strong>aveva morso<\/strong>. Ha sofferto di gravi\u00a0<strong>complicazione medica<\/strong>Durante il viaggio, la sua salute peggior\u00f2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c8 cos\u00ec che pu\u00f2 essere la vita per le persone con condizioni mediche che non hanno accesso a cure mediche o sanitarie dirette. Per esempio, abbiamo centinaia di casi legati a malattie, lesioni, <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/?s=malaria\">malaria<\/a>, Febbre da Dengue, attacchi d\u2019asma, morsi o ustioni. La maggior parte delle volte queste persone bisognose non riescono ad arrivare in tempo al centro di assistenza. Rimarranno a casa e <em>(forse)<\/em> prendere in autoterapia.<\/p>\n<h3>Tre giovani donne, tre Kawan Sehat Agents insegnanti, tre persone che salvano vite umane. Tre supereroine! I loro nomi sono Merlin, Siyane e Sarlota.<\/h3>\n<p>In compagnia dei tre operatori sanitari <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/?s=kawan+sehat\">\u201cKawan Sehat\u201d<\/a> Di questo villaggio, abbiamo vissuto un giorno <em>(in realt\u00e0, due giorni<\/em>) pi\u00f9 che straordinari. Questi <a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/pmc-teachers-receive-their-training-certificate\/\">tre donne<\/a>Sono solo tre supereroi! Ci hanno raccontato come avevano sperimentato tutta questa cura per giovani e pazienti malati, bambini feriti o malati, affetti da febbre o che soffrivano di <a href=\"http:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/?s=malaria\">Malaria<\/a>, e come avevano reagito, trattato e curato loro.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fairfuturefoundation.org\/it\/pmc-teachers-receive-their-training-certificate\/\">Merlin, Siyane e Sarlota<\/a> Ci hanno anche chiesto come funziona questo farmaco, come trattare questo o quello problema e il comportamento migliore da adottare nei confronti di un paziente con sintomi di tipo X. Ci hanno anche raccontato la grande soddisfazione che provano per le tre donne tra i 25 e i 30 anni che improvvisamente hanno assunto responsabilit\u00e0 e importanza nel loro villaggio.<\/p>\n<p>In linea di principio, qui, e in relazione alla cultura e alle tradizioni locali, una donna si occupa delle faccende domestiche, raccoglie l\u2019acqua, cucina per i bambini e si prende cura della famiglia. Queste tre supereroine non sono solo insegnanti nel quadro di Charis Sumba, ma sono anche oggi <em>\u2013 e per pi\u00f9 di quattro mesi <\/em>\u2013 I lavoratori sanitari del programma PMC. Sono loro a poter salvare una vita in assenza di un centro medico, di cure mediche o di un medico nel villaggio.
