Fair Future Foundation has initiated a donation of IDR 48,851,593 to Kawan Baik Indonesien zur Unterstützung primary medical care in East Sumba. The funds are intended for medicines, medical supplies and the daily field work of our teams and Kawan Sehat Gesundheitsbeauftragte.
This allocation became possible after Rotary funding covered the generator and concrete mixer we had already financed. With those equipment costs covered, we could redirect our own resources towards care. It is not a second Rotary grant, but a practical decision to put available funds where the need is pressing.
The photograph shows the patient-facing work behind that decision. A donation does not treat a child by itself. It helps keep medicines, supplies and people available to provide care. This contribution supports continuity; it does not resolve the programme’s wider funding needs.
