Hundreds of patients in remote villages receive care each week from our Kawan Sehat health workers trained in the Primary Medical Care Programme. In the absence of doctors or clinics nearby, these trained women provide lifesaving care for fevers, malaria, wounds, and infections. Your support helps keep this lifeline alive.

How you can make a difference by working with Fair Future
At the Fair Future Foundation, we occasionally have job openings; however, our philosophy is deeply rooted in volunteerism. This approach enables us to maximise our impact, ensuring that 93% of the funds we receive are directly invested in the field, supporting those who need it most. This commitment is our pride and what makes our organisation unique worldwide.
However, we do have a few salaried positions, all of which are focused on fieldwork. Suppose you are a creative, open-minded individual with strong social skills who is not afraid to engage personally and wishes to explore new horizons and cultures while contributing to a meaningful cause. In that case, we invite you to join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the world! We also welcome spontaneous applications, as we believe in the power of fresh perspectives.
Explore the exciting job opportunities at Fair Future Foundation, and if you’re passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply. Additionally, the foundation offers case-by-case experiences to local interns, nursing students, and medical students. Please note, however, that we no longer accept international students due to the extremely harsh living conditions in East Sumba, which many find challenging.
