This approach allows us to maximize our impact, ensuring that 93% of the funds we receive are directly invested in the field, helping those who need it most. This commitment is our pride and what makes our organization unique worldwide.
However, we do have a few salaried positions, all focused on fieldwork. Suppose you are a creative, open-minded individual with strong social skills who is not afraid to engage personally and wishes to explore new horizons and cultures while contributing to a meaningful cause. In that case, we invite you to join us in our mission to change the world! We also welcome spontaneous applications, as we believe in the power of fresh perspectives.

As we start a new year, we are excited to share improvements to our Primary Medical Care program, which offers critical assistance to remote areas with limited health care access. Your interest supports our Kawan Sehat health workers' mission, providing essential treatment to those in need. The program empowers local health workers, mainly women, to deliver life-saving care, treat illnesses, and prevent diseases in remote areas.

Clean water is essential for fighting infectious diseases, malnutrition, and malaria. The Fair Future Foundation’s Water Connections initiative is committed to changing this situation in underprivileged villages by facilitating the provision of clean water.
