Imagine your donation of 100 francs being put to good use—93 francs directly contributing to the acquisition of medicines, the financing of well drilling initiatives, or the execution of our social and medical plans. Rest assured that none of the funds will be allocated to salaries, as we adhere to a strict policy on administrative expenses, and as you know, we have no salary costs.

- 93 francs go directly to medical supplies, water access projects, and humanitarian programs.
- 7 francs cover operational needs such as transport, logistics, and essential infrastructure.

As a 100% volunteer, I was responsible for all medical programs in the field, even two years before the foundation was created in Switzerland. I am so proud to say again that Every franc spent is directly invested in our actions on the ground, carefully managed to maximize the impact of our projects. Over the past 15 years, we have helped hundreds of thousands of people directly and even more indirectly impacted by our public health programs, access to primary medical care, clean water and safe sanitation.

Our work would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteers. More than 100 committed individuals, mainly from East Sumba, Java, and Sumatra, give their time, energy, and expertise every day to support the foundation’s programs. They are the hands, the voices, and the driving force behind our actions, present in villages, schools, and homes, ensuring that medical care, clean water, and essential aid reach those who need it most. These young men and women—nurses, logisticians, field coordinators, and community health workers—are the ones who make action happen.
