Why do we all need to have access to clean water and sanitation?
The Water connections project album. See how we set up such a project in favour of thousands of families without access to clean water and toilets.
What is this project led by Fair Future about? Water connections create a clean water network for families in rural areas of eastern Indonesia. Each facility includes life-sustaining toilets, showers and access to clean water. These water points also aim to improve people’s health, especially children. From a single borehole, we create water networks using the slope of the land, solar energy or hydrodynamic pumps.
This album shows you how Fair Future and Kawan Baik Foundation work on the ground with the help of local communities. A unique and innovative way of working requires time, courage and resistance. Clean water for thousands of families to reduce infant mortality, birth defects and serious illnesses linked to the consumption of unsanitary water. Improving living conditions, creating economic opportunity, creating wealth and mental well-being.
That’s why we work so hard daily in East Sumba, Indonesia. Thank you very much, Kawan, for your incredible support.
