In Rumah Kambera, East Sumba, we are preparing for a three-day comprehensive training session for Kawan Sehat health workers.
With the participation of 50 people, our program, led by a team of doctors, nurses, and other skilled professionals, imparts crucial skills in care, healing, and disinfection. In addition, the participants—all women—will be trained on using their new medical equipment and first aid kits, which are essential to saving and preserving lives in areas with limited medical resources.
This unique initiative, which has roots in Switzerland, is a model for practical action and innovation in healthcare education.
