Alex and Ayu of Fair Future received the Paul Harris Fellow Award from Rotary International, acknowledging their tireless commitment to supporting underserved communities and improving lives in ultra-rural regions of Indonesia.

After nine months of drilling, we halted the project in Laindatang. We’re moving fast to build a 110m³ water reservoir, ensuring access to clean water for 300 people. Plans and estimates are ready, and work starts soon​.

Arniyanti, a 14-year-old from East Sumba, has started crucial treatment under the care of Kawan Sehat. In areas with no healthcare, these health agents are providing her with life-saving support, ensuring hope amid challenging conditions.

We are developing 4 new campaigns focused on smoking risks, environmental preservation, sexually transmitted diseases, and alcohol dangers. These initiatives aim to educate and promote healthier lifestyles in rural communities.

In parts of East Sumba, child malnutrition affects up to 80% of the population. Fair Future's nutrition program combats this crisis, focusing on providing healthy meals and education to prevent long-term health impacts.

Despite a surge in malaria cases, local authorities in East Sumba have no access to vital treatments. Fair Future steps in to provide life-saving care, but the lack of government resources remains a critical challenge.

Malaria remains a constant threat in East Sumba, impacting thousands. Fair Future's #ZeroMalaria program provides treatment, prevention, and education, saving lives in regions with little to no access to healthcare facilities.

This week, the "Kawan Sehat" health workers, attached to the Primary Medical Care Program, treated and provided valuable medical care to nearly a hundred patients from the most isolated areas, the majority of whom were children. Incredible!

Our new truck, "Truck n'Load," is nearly complete. Surabaya is undergoing bodywork to install a 2000-litre tank for storing clean water for rural villages. After that, it will be decorated in the colours of the foundation.
