Don’t confuse Dengue with Malaria. In the areas where we work, Dengue cases are numerous, but Malaria is endemic. Dengue is more prevalent in cities, with a rising global incidence, while Malaria is mainly found in rural zones.
This photo highlights the source of Malaria infection, primarily transmitted by infected female Anopheles mosquitoes. Without treatment, Malaria can progress to a severe form and be fatal within 24 hours. Through our #ZeroMalaria program, we continue the fight against this deadly disease. Support this action here.
