Our 2023 accounts have received official approval from the Board, our auditor, the Canton, and the Swiss Confederation for the 15th year in a row. More than 93% of donations are allocated directly to fieldwork. With no salaries and minimal administrative costs, we maintain a unique approach. Thank you for your trust!
Today at the Laindatang Water Connections site, we met with the 78 schoolchildren, each receiving a bamboo cotton t-shirt with a drawing of 13-year-old Eben, a local child. The artwork symbolises our completed water supply project for the village, which includes tanks, toilets and access to clean water. The children were delighted not only to have clean water but also to receive these unique t-shirts!

The Board of Directors held its annual meeting on 02.08.24, approving the 2023 accounts and ongoing projects. All members were reappointed, and Alex and the teams received congratulations from the Board. The Swiss Confederation approved the accounts and praised our excellent work.
In East Sumba, the Fair Future Foundation is transforming lives through its Water Connections program, providing clean water, improving hygiene, and promoting nutritious meals and healthy lifestyles for a brighter and healthier future for all.
In East Sumba, the Fair Future Foundation’s #WaterConnections project has improved access to clean water and hygiene. This initiative has reduced infectious diseases and improved living conditions by installing washbasins and handwashing stations. The Foundation has provided clean water to over 600 people in Laindatang, demonstrating the positive impact of their efforts.
