Explore the Study Results
A new interactive Sumba Sepsis Study results page is now online. Built from the 2026 field study, it brings together findings from 1,001 household interviews and 162 healthcare-worker submissions across eight study localities in East Sumba.
Readers can explore the Sumba Sepsis Study results through household conditions, healthcare-worker responses, care-pathway delays, referral barriers and locality comparisons. Each figure keeps its denominator and scientific limits visible. The page also presents six operational priorities, from water and sanitation to training, treatment readiness and referral.
The complete 33-page report remains available in English, French and Bahasa Indonesia for anyone who wants to examine the full evidence. The purpose is practical. Make the data easier to use without simplifying what it can and cannot say.
