We Fund CHF 5,953 to Support SolarBuddy Lamp Distribution in East Sumba

20.03.25 - Today, Fair Future donated CHF 5,953 (IDR 111M) to fund the distribution of 2,250 SolarBuddy lamps across 24 ultra-rural schools and Village in East Sumba. This includes all related logistics to bring light where there's never been any.

Free Medical Day: 150 Treated, Screenings and Vaccinations Provided

20.03.25—Fair Future held a free medical care day in Kawangu. Over 150 people were treated, TB and malaria screenings were conducted, and young children were vaccinated. We also led health education and prevention efforts. It was a powerful day!

We Allocate IDR 17M to Upgrade Storage for Medical Supplies & Solar Lamps

The Rumah Kambera pharmacy is fundamental in advancing health equity within East Sumba by serving as the cornerstone of our comprehensive medical initiatives and delivering steadfast aid to the local population.

Our assortment of crucial medicines caters to diverse health requirements. Nonetheless, a swift supply exhaustion jeopardises the sustenance of our indispensable assistance. Ignoring this bleak actuality isn’t an option since the medications we furnish aren’t just mere commodities; they are vital necessities for communities far from medical facilities – rendering access to primary healthcare a persistent hardship.

The success of our efforts, namely #PrimaryMedicalCare and #ZeroMalaria initiatives, greatly depends on the availability of resources from our pharmacy. In this isolated region, where medical aid is scarce, each medication, like tablets or syrups, contributes significantly to our continuous health endeavours.

We urge individuals who want to contribute to this cause with pharmaceutical donations or non-monetary assistance. Every act of kindness reinforces the significance of this imperative healthcare resource.
