In East Sumba, Indonesia, we are delighted to announce the news that Alex and Ayu of the Fair Future Foundation recently received Paul Harris Fellow recognition from Rotary International. This remarkable honour was presented to them only two days ago and is a significant milestone in our unwavering commitment to serving others with the utmost dedication.
Alex has dedicated himself to volunteering in the social and medical fields for 15 years. The couple married in life and worked tirelessly in remote areas where access to resources was limited. Their unwavering commitment was recognized by Rotary International on-site, making it one of our first international distinctions. This award validates their immense efforts to help ultra-rural communities in the Far East of Indonesia.
