As recently announced, Fair Future has decided to end the drilling project that began in February after nine months of rigorous efforts.
Over the past three weeks, we have been developing an alternative strategy to rapidly provide water to this ultra-rural community in East Sumba that is in dire need as soon as possible.
With the agreement of the local community that we met a few days ago, our new plan involves the construction of a 100m³ underground rainwater tank that will provide clean, filtered water. This fully sealed and buried tank is designed to serve as a vital water resource for these families.
I am sharing the project plans and cost estimates with you. Thank you for your continued support!
Thank you very much for your interest and help. Alex, Rumah Kambera.
