Educational Posters for a Healthy Life
Health Education Posters for a Better Life
These educational posters are designed to help families in ultra-rural areas adopt healthier habits, prevent diseases, and improve well-being. From malaria prevention to hygiene, nutrition, and daily routines, they provide simple yet life-changing guidance. Download them, share them, and empower your community. Four new posters are in preparation to expand this vital resource.
Recognizing Malaria Symptoms â A Life-Saving Guide
This poster helps ultra-rural families to identify early symptoms of malaria, such as fever, chills, headache and fatigue and all others.
For most families who do not know the difference between symptoms of a cold and malaria, this awareness is essential to seeking medical care in time, preventing complications, and saving lives in remote communities with limited access to health care.
Preventing Malaria â Simple Steps to Stay Safe
This poster educates ultra-rural families on how to prevent malaria with simple actions: sleep under mosquito nets, avoid stagnant water, wear protective clothing, use repellents, and clear tall grass.
These small steps reduce the risk of Plasmodium infection, protecting lives in isolated areas with limited medical access.
Clean Hands, Healthy Lives â The Right Way to Wash Your Hands
This poster highlights the importance of proper handwashing to prevent disease. It teaches ultra-rural families and children how to wash hands effectively with soap and clean water, following key steps: scrubbing all areas, rinsing thoroughly, and air drying when possible.
Part of the Water Connections program, this initiative provides sinks and taps with safe water, ensuring better hygiene and healthier communities.
The Four Pillars of a Healthy Life
This poster promotes daily habits essential for staying healthy in ultra-rural communities. It highlights four key pillars: staying active through play and movement, eating nutritious foods for strength and energy, maintaining hygiene for both body and home to prevent illness, and resting adequately to recover and stay strong.
A simple daily routine can improve well-being, ensuring a healthier future for families and communities.
Fair Futureâs Food Pyramid: Eat Well, Stay Healthy
This poster presents a custom food pyramid designed for ultra-rural communities in East Indonesia, based on locally available resources. A man and a woman guide families on nutritious daily meals, using ingredients found nearby.
Following this pyramid helps create balanced, delicious meals, reducing malnutrition and disease risks for children and adults, ensuring stronger, healthier communities.
Healthy vs. Harmful Foods: Make the Right Choice
This poster highlights the difference between nutritious foods and harmful “junk foods” that endanger health, especially for children and future generations. Affordable doesnât always mean healthyâprocessed foods are often the cheapest but also the most damaging. Thumbs up for fresh, natural, and balanced meals.
Thumbs down for unhealthy, ultra-processed choices. Eat well, live well, and build a healthier future for all.
Smoking harms more than just the smokerâit poisons everyone nearby.
Fair Future Foundation has created a powerful new anti-smoking poster, highlighting the dangers of secondhand smoke. More than 1.2 million people die each year from exposureâincluding children, pregnant women, and entire families.
Secondhand smoke causes lung cancer, heart disease, asthma, low birth weight, sudden infant death syndrome, and respiratory infections, among others. This global health crisis demands action. Protect your loved ones.
Trash Kills â Stop Polluting, Start Acting
This powerful, eye-opening poster exposes the devastating impact of waste mismanagement. Plastic pollution, toxic fires, and contaminated water sources are destroying health and ecosystems.
Burning waste poisons the air, dumping it poisons the water, and negligence poisons our future. Sort, recycle, and dispose responsibly. Every action countsâprotect your home, your children, and the planet before itâs too late.

Our last News
Our story: a journey of heart, sweat and unwavering dedication.
When I arrived in Indonesia in 2006, my goal was to create something meaningful and sustainable. Today, the Fair Future Foundation is not just an organization; it is a vital force that stretches from Switzerland to the remote regions of Southeast Asia, particularly in the eastern provinces of Indonesia, where urgent needs are complex.
I do not see our work as a series of isolated projects, but as part of a larger, coherent narrative. For nearly 15 years, we have been writing this story with every hospital, health centre and school we have built, every medical truck we have deployed, every sanitation facility we have built and very well we have drilled to provide clean water to communities living on the fringes of civilization.
Since 2008, our teams and I have helped hundreds of thousands of people and indirectly reached countless more. The magnitude of our impact becomes particularly clear when I reflect on how we have focused our efforts on the ultra-rural areas of the Far East. In these forgotten, neglected, and often little-visited places, our work is not about making small, incremental changes but radically transforming the lives of people and entire communities.
It is essential to understand that Fair Future is not an individual effort. It is a collective effort, a community of âgood friends,â if you will. Together with my incredible team and our dedicated partners, we combine strategy and creativity to bring health, education, and disaster relief projects to life. Each initiative we undertake is designed to provide essential services and reshape the medical, educational, and social landscapes that define the quality of life for so many.
As you can see, weâre not just about charity but about expanding whatâs possible. Our mission is challenging and inspiring: to make the impossible a reality.
